Yes we can. However, for the most fresh coffee taste beans should be ground just before brewing. Keeping the beans intact will increase their freshness longevity.

Our beans only have about 10 minutes between the end of their roast and being submerged in water for the brewing process, you should see the blooms on our cold brew containers. This minimizes the time that the ground beans have in contact with the open air which means oxidizing. Brewing time is 24 hours in a refrigerated environment. In the refrigerator the oils do not extract from the beans because it's cold and it leaves the unique coffee characteristics that we love. Cold brew is mellow and concentrated. Pour over ice and top with milk to your taste. It's really good -- the best around! Be careful ours is concentrated -- be warned....! Caffeine...!!
